Its an additive that prevent corals from expelling from their skeleton look it up, I dose it once a month

Do you have any links for this? I wouldn't tell someone to dose anything unless they were able to test for it.

Moreover the OP said he does regular water changes, so low strontium is very unlikely. On the other hand, he hasn't been supplementing or testing alk, his PH is running a little low which would be consistent with low alk (but doesn't confirm it) and low alk is often one of the first things that will cause problems.

If nothing else, bring a water sample into a LFS and ask them to check it for you.

Take the gfo offline.u might have shock your corals and stress them.I resently sold 2reacter and gave them some gfo and told them to start with one and a half teaspoon on a 75g tank.from what i see,a little po4 is actually good for the corals.also your cal is high and your alk cold be low.I think that your mag might be low too

+1 i did this with phosphate sponge a while back........added two bottles to my reactor thinking i wa just going to harm the cyano i was dealing with. All my LPS came out fine, they were just pissed off for a few days

They look no better nor any worse, I haven't done a water change yet since I just got out of work, I'm gonna try to do a 5 gallon wc here soon, hopefully that will help

Take a water sample and try and gfind a local reefer close to you to test it. then you can go from there. If you are looking for a test you can't find namely Alk it is probably not the most accurate test anymore.

Other than pulling the GFO offline I would do nothing until you get a solid parameter reading

Do not add/dose anything until you test and get a bead on what is going on, anyone who tells you to is making a grave error.

if it were me Id do water changes for the next couple days and run carbon.

Ive bought and used strontium in the past with little noticeable results. I stopped and noticed no difference in appearance. Occasionally Ill toss in a capful since I still have a half gallon.
