Can't get top of Calc Reactor ... deltec brand ??

Any ideas? Just can't unscrew top to refil. Should I be releasing pressure from somewhere? (Apart from screaming!!)
 
Of course ... I did it right after posting! It was tough .. you just can't get a grip on it!:o
