Chalice help

I've got a chalice frag a couple weeks back and I removed it from its original plug and broke a piece off on accident since then it hasn't colored up fully but it eats a mysis shrimp every other day, would you recommend I dip it in lugols? Its only one eye

I am not sure how much light challices want but I am thinking it is more light/parameters that might be the issue fwiw

It was in a tank that was using metal halide I use t5 and its low in the tank maybe 4 inches from the bottom, my water is good and everything else is doing fine....
