Tubing seems small. Better go with 1/4"

Make sure to drill another tiny hole as not to create a crushed bottle.
 
@jamesdong009 are you using a peristaltic pump to dose? pretty cool I do not dose vodka bet defiantly a cool DIY
Yup, right now it's about 10ml a day in a 33long but I feed heavy.

I had to edit because you have to skim heavy as well. Also O2 levels will drop with accelerated bacteria growth.
