External skimmer help

I just acquired a berlin turbo skimmer and would like to set it up externally.the skimmer did not come with instructions and I have no idea how to plumb it.I'm going to be using a 20g high as a sump/fuge and would like to put the skimmer next to it.first of all I need to know if both the holes on the top are returns and how I run the air lines.next is the a certain height that the skimmer needs to be.also what would be the best sump/fuge setup.I've done some research but nothing seems to answer my questions.please help.if anyone has a pic of this skimmer that is up and running that will help too.

Both of the tubes on the top are returns. Easiest to have these come back in over the trim on the sump. The hole on the bottom is the inlet and there should be an air hose connected to that right before it goes into the skimmer body.

There are air inlets on both the the return nozzles.what are these for?

Also there is no inlet for air right before the skimmer body .is this because its the turbo and there is an air line off the pump?

Turbo does have air inlet on the pump itself and not on the pip[e going into the body.
