mine gets hot water and bleach, 2nd rinse option, and an air dry. Soak them in a gallon of RODI before I re-use. Never, ever, any soap.

I wait til I have 8 or 10 before I do a batch

I do something similar......

10 to 15 felt pads in a 5 gallon bucket for a bleach soak.

I use a plunger to "swoosh" them around when I do rinses.

Then dechlorinator soak.

Rinse them in water as white vinegar.
Vinegar neutralizes the bleach, then rinse in fresh water till you cant smell the vinegar.

Its an old trick for decapsulating brine shrimp for hatching
