FW dip question.......

Can I fresh water dip all corals? I have been offered a couple of LPS frags from a friend but I know he has flatworms (not the AEFW, just the PITA ones). Can I dip the frags to get rid of the flatworms or do I need to use flatworm exit? The reason I ask is I don't have any exit and am not sure when I'll be able to get out and get some. My friend needs to move the tank the frags are in so he needs me to take them soon. Will a fresh water dip kill off flatworms?

I know a betadine dip will, but nothing will kill the eggs.

If it is the annoying kind I would do betadine. I had some corals before I knew any better from someone who had them and just did F/W. Maybe I got lucky.

Nothing beats a dip + quarantine, but the photosynthetic flatworms are no big deal to irradicate
