how can temparoly hook it up to a water supply?like take it out to use when i need it then put away, is there a way to do this?..........mount it on a piece of wood......and take it out when needed, something like that??

do any of you do this?

PICS?!?!?

Mine is hooked up in my basement sump room. do you have a basement? if you do you could fill a container and pump the water up when needed.

Faucet fitting to a JohnGuest fitting. Hook up to faucet to use, unscrew when done and put away. Home Depot

We have ours hooked up with a quick connect fitting to the faucet and we shove the waste water tube down the drain. One of these http://www.livingdirect.com/ADAPTER...e_Appliances>Laundry>ADAPTER&src=SHOPDISCOUNT plus a few addition pieces to get it down to the size of the 1/4 inch ro tubing. I went down to the local plumbing supply with the quick connect and a piece of the 1/4 inch hose and told them what I wanted and they gave me what I needed. total cost was under $15 (the quick connect is under $10 at home cheapo)

where do you guys put the unit? does it need to be competly verticle?

i plan to make it more pernmate when i get my own place, currently live with my parents just got of of college and looking for my own place/real job........ need to set it up tempoary for now.....

i want to mount my unit to a piece of wood, but im not sure if it needs ro be fully verticle.....

Some people are able to fit the unit right under the kitchen sink.

For a quick disconect, the john guest fittings they sell at HD/lowes are basically instant disconnect and they seal up tight everytime. (close valve, press in and pull out.)
