Help me pick Return pumps and Hydor Koralia

Hello all.

I would like your opinions on choosing my return pump and power heads.
I already built my tank stand and picked up 75RR aga tank from the petstore. There is no going back now

Eheim 1260 "635 gph 12'1"Max head 65W" VS Eheim 1262 "900 gph 11'6" Max Head 80W"
Which one would you pick? and why?

If I pick Eheim 1260, the rate that it returns water back to my tank (tank stand + tank height = 4 feet) is about 400GPH.
This is lower than the 600gph that my 75rr overflow will drain down to my tank. This would cause a problem for me right?

I also would like to have two power heads in my tank (mostly LPS and softies). Maybe some SPS in the future

Which one of these two choice would you pick? and why?
1) Two "Hydor Koralia 3"
2) Two ""Hydor Koralia 4"

You ALWAYS want your return to put out less flow than your overflows can handle. 400 GPH of return for an overflow rated for 600GPH is good IMO. Over time algae and growth will built up in the slots to your overflow and the drain plumbing so you don't want to have a return pump that puts out the same amount of flow as the max rating of the overflow.

And I would go for (2) MJ1200 w/mods on a 75gl. , but if you are really wanting the Koralias then go with the #4's IMO

Sea-Flo Go to the sponsor forum... Pat has a link there.

The only reason I say (2) 1200 mods is anything less you will get dead spots in a 75gl. Other people might have different opinions though.

I see the sea flo kits, it is pretty nice But then I have to buy the magnetic holder separately. I hate the suction cup in my max jet, it always fall off. tough choice

Then go for the (2) #4's..... there's a couple for sale on the "for sale forum"
