help worn or somthing in my tank i idk what it is

i was looking at my zooanthid and noticed the first frag it was growing on the rock next to it Ive had this coral for a week and was cycked. till... i saw a worm like thing coming of of it it is whit and black like a White stripe than a black stripe ext.. and it has 2 legs coming off each segment almost like a tinny centipede. what is this and is it good or bad.

sounds like a bristle worm, fist time i saw one i was like, "DAD THERE'S A CENTEPIDE IN THE TANK!!!!!"

not usually, they eat the stuff that would otherwise sit on the bottom of your tank, like uneaten food.

Naw, they're awesome for eating detritus (aka crap, poop, dead stuff). You may hear to read they're bad, but don't believe the hype.

ya i found it on that page it was just a bristle worm mine is black and white that one was brown and black but it looked identical.
