here is another angle. It's a bit of a step back after having a nice fishroom behind the tank but it will work and should give enough room.My frag tank will be off to one side and i won't need a ladder for this one.
You can see i added extra lally columns, luckily i have two beams 3 feet apart running parrallel under the tank, they are supported by 6 lally columns.

Nice job

I can stop by later & get the stand out of your way
(the new one LOL)

Liam what about connecting those rock racks to your Closed loops...Now that'd be cool!!

Just drill the heck out of them..One cool set of spray bars..

Very nice 150g setup & fish room
The 180g will be very nice
Nice job on the setup & floor re-inforcement, that's not going to move!!

I have that system on my 150,it works great for keeping the rock clean but all those bends really kill the dart

i assembled the light fixture tonight.
I used aluminum stock, square for the center beam and flat for the end mounts.
I made the system this way over just screwing to the inside of the canopy because is gives more flexibility in that i can raise and lower the lights if needed and they can be lifted to improve access. It will also aid cooling by letting the fans blow around the complete fixture.
I have 3 250 XM 10k's and 3 150 watt URI actinics and the reflectors are PFO perpendiculars.
