Micro Bubble Madness

Ok... Tried it myself, hoping you guys/gals can help.

100g tank
30g custom sump
1 full baffle set (Two pieces on bottom, one higher up)
External Dolphin pump (Up to 2850/3000 gph)

1 1/2 in pvc from pump, plumbed into two return lines
(Seperate 1 in line from PVC prior to split into return lines)

two Koralia 3 (rear right, front left corner)
two 2inch overflow direct to sump (PVC joint joined into one drain line)
Precision Marine Bullet Injector 1 (In sump) also plumbed from the return line (Seperate 1 in line from PVC prior to split into return lines)

I tried the Micro sock thing over the drain pipe
(Seems to fill with water and pour frothy water out of the top of the sock)

Putting a foam piece over the first part of the baffle seemed to help.
not sure if this is a good practice or not though.
Looking for suggestions.

I actually have a sock on the gate valve of my skimmer to prevent microbubbles. Had one on the drain pipe too but decided to remove it. Tried the bioballs in between the sump baffles but did not work. I have tried lots but the only thing that works is socking the gate valve.

The only thing I can say is that is a lot of flow to put through a 30gal sump.
