so i have some micro bubbles in my dt i think there comming from my sump somehow. i think its from the second chamber to the third chamber but i was thinking about making a live rock wall around the intake so the bubbles kind of stop and float up instead of being sucked in

Have you tried a filter sock at where your drain enters the sump?
Also do you have any saltcreap anywhere on your return line?
There could be a pin hole which is sucking in air.

no i actually just figured out where its all coming from i have a proflex model 3 sump from the second chamber to the last theres a drop off to a blue foam block i forgrt what its called off hand lol and the water flows out the bottom of the block basically i got a light pointed just right to see a ton of micro bubbles

Is this the one?
Is there a skimmer next to your return pump?

yes that is the one and i have my skimmer off at the moment because i noticed bubbles when the skimmer is off

its like the water is hitting the top of the sponge making bubbles and the water is pushing them down and under

Try reducing the flow of your return pump.

You only need 3-5x tank volume per hour through the sump so slowing it down would probably help. IMO I would never buy a pre-made sump when 15-20 gallon aquariums, silicone and dividers are so cheap. It cost me maybe $40 for a 12x12x24" 15 gallon aquarium, silicone and there pieces of glass for a bubble trap. If you look up Lipit's Reef on YouTube he has great instruction on building sumps out of small aquariums using compact disc cases as spacers for gluing dividers in place. I've built about a dozen sumps with his instructions for myself and others.
