Interesting. The top will be a drawer still? You don't think you'll find it annoying to work in the sump area with the door opening down like that?

drilling of tank, installed painters tape to do layout on, installed painters tape on the inside below drill location to reduce chance of chipping and piece of glass falling through. Put a towel on the bottom just in case the slug of glass did fall through so it would not crack the other sidea after you have a grove started remove template install plumbers putty and fill with water to keep the bit cool

Install bulkheads and overflow to build and dry fit all plumbing

Glued everything together and dis assembled to paint the back of tank with plasti-dip4th coat

hung light using caddy ceiling grid clips

Forgot to note coated the whole interior of the dresser with non-toxic pond armor epoxy paint

Started putting together the 20G long sump. 3 pieces of glass 9" x 11.75 and 1 piece 10 x 11.75 here is a rough sketch someone from brs helped me with. The piece noted as 11.75 high actually needed to be 10"

Thanks! I have to install the last baffle in the sump. I am going to have to notch the top frame to get the glass in. Doh!

started reassembling all the glued up plumbing. Lots of unions easy to assemble and take apart.
