New England Frag Farmers Market, Saturday March 7th, 2015, 11am-5pm

that stinks about the clam . I hope it was an accident too . but if someone stole it lets feed him to the fishes !!!!

Agreed. He was HEARTBROKEN when he realized it was gone.

I will be contacting the winners and either shipping the items to them, or meeting up to give it to them. I always hated having to stay till the very end for the raffle. I did it once at MACNA at it was SO long... So I ship the items to the winners, unless it is very heavy, perishable or alive. Unfortunately, I left all of the items, tickets, and winner list at school so I will start on Monday with contacting winners.

If you bought any cool stuff, post a picture so the rest of us can live vicariously!

Wanted to go, but it`s just too far.

I went, saw Anthony, Greg and others, spent a lot, had a good time:) Awful about the clam. Someone would have to be very daring to snatch something in front of so many people. Where there any other thefts? Most likely a creep like that wouldn't be satisfied with just one item.

I just wanted to let people know that this whole thing is going to have a happy ending.
Both The Coral Reef and Aquadreams have offered to give Ethan a replacement clam to make him whole again. He just needs to decide which shop he will take up on the offer. I showed him the threads today and he was flattered by all of the generosity from this, and many other groups. I started this thread just to see if someone had picked it up on accident and discovered that the reefing community in the area is full of just plain great people. I thank you, and Ethan thanks you as well for all of the very generous offers everyone has made. Thanks to everyone for showing him, and reminding me, of great a group the reefkeepers in this area are. I am glad to have him to leave the experience with that rather than the negative of losing the clam. Thanks again!
Jon

I got this but totally forget what it is! Anyone have any idea??

The event was great but my only gripe as with all events like this, is that all venders had their lights set on full actinic. Shows off great fluorescence but that's not how most reefers have their tanks all day. Web sites that do this I won't buy from.

I agree. In the past I have bought corals that look MUCH different when I get home. You can always ask to have them pull the whites up a bit.

Merulina, I think. He had them in my tank at one point.
