There'll be so many corals there that you can really show up anytime and you'll find something you'll like

If it's something different that no one else has, those seem to sell within the first 2-3 hours.

Last year the line started forming 1 hr before the doors opened.

One thing I can definitely tell you, make sure you bring plenty of cash ;-)

Pros:
Nice selection of corals and a lot of familiar faces.
Get in early,get some rare beautiful corals.
Stay late get some good prices.

Negs:

The parking last year sucked.
I don't know what was going on there but it was nearly impossible to find a spot to park.
And I'm sure this year will be worse with the snow piles if there's any other event going on at the school.

Takes a while of standing in line to even see in vendors tanks. Lab tables make it difficult to move through the class rooms.
I don't know how many times I wanted to say"are you looking to buy or just hanging out here?" crowded.
The price on the coral(or glass) is what you pay. No haggling that I could see going on.

Frag Farmers 2014

Are there any BRS guys going and what are you selling?

Has anyone been and what do you think about prices at the event?

The prices are some of the best. Much better than you will at LFS's. It's at a fairly large high school, so the parking should be fine. It's one of the best, if not the best frag swap in New England each year and keeps growing every year. The pros far out weigh the cons. The organizer goes to great lengths to put together a great event. There will be at least a few BRS members/sponsors. Frank180, Greg Hiller, Love the Reef. It's all there in the sponsor list. There will be over 50 booths there. It's wise to go early if your a big collector of select pieces, but there is lots so showing up later will be fine as Lon as your not strictly a cherry picker like me. There are raffles of plenty, and there will be gift certificates handed out at random.

Really not sure how anyone would think it's not worth it. It's a great sent with a lot of great reefers and vendors. Pretty foolish not to go if frag swaps and meets are your thing. The prices are great as it is, and likely to drop as the day goes on as it's no ones objective to go home with corals when they are trying to sell. The prices are great, so I'm not sure why you would wana haggle anyone. But if that is your deal, the. Just go later in the day and clean up.

Gonna be a killer meet. No good reason not to go. I myself will be there an hour before they open the doors. All you guys should join us. If not, your missing out.

Me and a buddy of mine are going for the first time. Can't wait to go see what everyone has for sale. My goal is to find some really exotic pieces. From what i have heard, best time for that is first thing in the AM
