'NEW' PetCo in Shrewsbury

not really sure if this is of interest to anyone, but a new PetCo is opening right across the street from the old one in Shrewsbury on Rt.9...this is good for me, because i live 1 minute over the bridge across Lake Quinsiggamond in Worcester, and I frequent the old store. But also, this means a one stop shop for my beer/fish stuff, as it's going to be the next store down from Austin Liquors in the White City plaza.

say what you want about petco, but if i need a heater/pump to replace something that failed, i know they're open until 10pm and MAYBE when they incorporate the drs forster and smith diver den into the mix, i'll be able to order some interesting livestock items from a place that's right around the corner.

i've bought livestock from this store as well with no issues at all. it seems to be one of the better locations, and now they're going to have all new tanks and maybe a few new hot girls working the fish dept.

I seen that too. It looks like it gunna be even bigger than the one they are at now. Cant wait to see how its gunna look like

two petco stores in the same area ?I doubt about it! they may close the old one before the new one opens! but hope the new one has a better water system and also better fish manager there.

99% sure they plan to close the other one and move the store.
