Nick's Reef

Nick have you ever tried Magic Eraser to clean your glass? I read someone doing it on RC a couple years ago, and thats what I use. You have to be careful because they make a type with cleaner in it. They do fall apart pretty quick, but I was using them to clean my acrylic tank, and now still using them on my glass tank with zero issues.

Nice tank by the way, and good luck with it

I've never even heard of it lol. Will look into it. In the meantime, I'm just using a magfloat and be very careful at the edge of the sand. I'm also waiting on the Tunze care magnet to be out. The nano version has been out for a month or two now, but the big one is still not out of the cage.

it look like a white sponge, made of foam

Lol.
I guess I really screwed something up in my reef set up. The thread was voted 1 star today. :(

To the hater that posted a 1 star on this thread, after doing a little digging, I know who you are. You are a coward behind a monitor hiding behind an IP address. Envy is a very ugly thing my friend. It inhibits you from learning and striving to achieve your goal. You can keep hating of what I got, but I can assure you the accomplishment I will make 6 months from now on this tank project of mine.

Now that I got that out of the way. Here are more frags acquired last couple weeks. They're been Bayer dipped so the condition is a little rough. The naming of the acros can be questionable but I'm just going by what the seller named it. As they get bigger, I can give them an accurate ID. But I'm pretty of the name for most of them.

Miyagi Tort. This one really took a beating from the dip.

Acanthrophyllia. I'm all about Acanthrophyllia when it comes to LPS. They're the most beautiful and hardy piece of LPS. The size is really impressive for a single mouth specimen.
