LOL, that's how I cracked a fuge a few weeks back. The HD knob wouldn't turn on the drain from the tank. Turned and turned and heard *crack*. Didn't notice anything until a couple days later. Did a quick seal of it with silicone a started making arrangements to build a new fuge. Couple days goes by, have to shut off water again due to a clog, have trouble turning it again... this time is cracked in about 3 different places. Needless to say I redesigned it a bit when I made the new fuge. The non-HD union valves are MUCH better and turn like butter, and the gate valve I like the granularity of restricting to the return flow.
