Question about using a refractometer.

A friend gave me a refractometer the other day. Only problem is its for Sucrose ( Brix).Scale reads 0-10 . Says on the viewport Brix @ 20 Deg. C. My question is does anyone know a SG or Salinity to Sucrose crossover? EG 1.028SG = 4.5 Sucrose
