Last night I got home I hear an odd noise coming from the basement, after shutting everything off one at a time I come to find out that the last thing I shut off and made the noise went away was my little Rio600 that feeds my calcium reactor. The impeller broke i've had this pump for 8yrs. as a matter of fact i've had Rio pumps for 12 yrs. and never any problem this is my first. I know a lot of you really don't like them but i've have and still use my original 3100 with a back up 3100 to mix my salt. Anyways i'm off to the lfs to replace my pump.
