I've been doing business there since just about the begining. I've never had a problem. Sure there is some standing around but if I ask for help I've got it. I've been to some othe LFS that seems like they could care less about you even when you talk to them, I won't name them because it seems their very popular here for some reason.

I've been going to SW for years. I admit they went through a decline from years ago but they are getting back to where they once were. I was there yesterday and all tanks looked great. I agree, the time to go there is evenings and weekends.

sea world is on the up and up chris does his best and does everything to please when you walk thru the door although the rest of the staff isnt always as helpful but chris is the reason i return time and time again

I agree. Chris is very helpful. I feel his support system is lacking. Part of the problem is that they do more than just salt water so everyone is spread kinda thin. The other stores that specialize in only aquatic or salt can give more attention. I have a couple of corals that I bought from SW several years ago that are doing great. I bought a three head torch at discount two years ago for $30 that now has 7 heads. Half of the live rock in my tank came from there two years ago. To be honest, I've had very bad results with fish I've bought from SW so I haven't bought any fish from there in over 10 years. But I still go in, treat Chris kindly, look at the corals and shop wisely.

I bought my Fox Face, Coral Beauty, Bangii Cardinals, Chromis, Serpent Star along with a few Cichlids, and Freshwater fish for my other tanks. I've never had a problem with any fish from there. Chris was a huge help and answered all my questions I had. Prices on dry goods and expensive though.

I actually got a really nice Red Empress Cichlid that was just starting to color up there that i couldn't find anywhere.

well i pmed chris he got back to me very quickly..it was about some mounting legs....they had them..and they were cheaper than online

store looked good.. i like the new tank layout..the ones for sale that is....i think you can see them alot better
i think the skimmer in the rock vat was broken cuz it smelled horrible and was brown??? only 2 deaths not bad at all.
