sps question

when SPS grows does it grow white and then color up because my birdsnest looks like its belaching but the bleaching spot looks like its growing away from the rest of the frag i know its not growing twords it because i measure the colored part of the frag... my perameters are as follows.

salinity 1.026
temp. 79.2 degrees
cal alk and mag need to be tested but a water change was just done with reef crystals salt which should bring everything up if its to low...

Looks like fast growth to me.. typical of birdsnest.. Mine did the same. No worries..

my BN has white tips when it's growing. Thats normal. The white is the new part.

Certain SPS grow with white tips like birdsnest and digi's, its a sign of growth
