Hi folks,
I have some tanks, fish, clean up crew, and other supplies that I’d like to rehome. I've had most of the equipment for 3 years and they've worked very well. Life's just getting to hectic, and I'm not with the fish as much as I used to be. I've decided to get out of fishkeeping.
Livestock
See this post for info on the livestock. I'd like to rehome them before or along with the big tank. Update: I have some offers for the livestock. https://bostonreefers.org/forums/index.php?threads/tank-breakdown-livestock-sale.187215/
Aquarium Setups
I’ve been running this 40 gallon all in one tank for about 3 years. This would be an excellent starter kit for someone interested in getting into fish keeping, especially saltwater. It’s a complete setup with some automation. I've had no major component failures. I bought all the parts new, and everything’s still in very good condition.
I also have a 10 gal quarantine tank setup that I built about 2 years ago. It’s spent at least 80% of its time drained and dry, because I only use it for new arrivals or as a hospital tank. I haven't put water in it in about 9 months.
Both of these systems have a lot of life left in them and I'd love to see them go to someone who can enjoy them for years to come! I clean the wetted equipment on the big tank regularly, so there’s minimal salt creep, algae/coralline algae growth, and all the original parts are still in working order. If the livestock goes first, I'm happy to give the tank a final scrub for you.
Here's more info on the tank setups and other ancillary components. If you see something you like, feel free to make me an offer.
Feel free to ask for more photos/ info.
