Looks like ich but hard to 100% tell as photo is a little blurry when I click on it...
I thought so to caught it first day put them in qt tank and declined rapid
any other fish dying?

What's the on set time frame like? If it's like 2-3 days and it's covered like that my vote is velvet...sorry man

I belive I had it a while back let tank sit for 3 weeks added 4 fish at once only sand sifter doing his thing unbothered
