What did I jst see? ID help

I was just looking at my tank with the lights off and saw a slug looking thing. It was about 1"-1 1/2" long it had what looked like a flat shell covering some of its back. It also had antenna looking things coming from its head. Does anyone have a clue what I saw? Sorry I could not get a pic, it was dark and it hide in the rocks shortly after a saw it.

I was thinking the same thing John, Stomatella snail. If that is what you have Chris, no worries, they are good.

I have about ten in my tank. never had a problem with them. they just go and go. clean up pretty good. just watch them. they multiply very fast. i had to get rid of about twenty of them to control the population. are they big or small?

I only saw one, it was about an 1" maybe 1 1/2"

thats about full size. look at night after the lights have been off. you may see more.
