The white appears fiberous but lacks depth like tissue growth. It appears randomly and is very bright at first then fades so you can barely see it over a couple days. It happens at all depths and light conditions though usually more in lighted areas. I've been searching online for similar pictures/descriptions but haven't found any. I'm not concerned about it.
