Z's reef

As we all know this hobby is not all sunshine and rainbows. Lost a pectinia colony that I recently acquired at the beginning of this week and this morning saw my WD frag covered in brown slime. Unsure if the two are correlated, did a WC just in case. One of those weeks lol.

Other inhabitants seem to be doing well. Got these shots of the blastos and the platy to match the green vibe of the week.

Thanks Paul. I am hoping the fact that it's turning male wouldn't start any fight with the other wrasses. Knocking real hard on wood
 
Wow I have a leopard female too & I’ve been waiting for the transformation. How long has it been since you first got it? Were there any triggers?
Not really, I kinda just woke up one day and found her started to change. I have her for 1 year now and I got it from a fellow reefer who had her for more than half a year?

It's probably just age, I bet it's around 2, 2.5y mark
