skin sore

I have a pyramid butterfly in the quarantine that I received earlier this morning that seems to have some sort of skin sore / parasite on its head. It shows a very slight bulge where it is. I did give him a fresh water bath to see if it is a fluke or something. Nothing apparently came off. Here...
