Hello all,
I forget to turn on the AC today and 4 hours after my MH turned on, the tank is at 86 degree F. Are my corals still alive? or they will die pretty soon? my Normal temperature of the tank is around 80-82, even in the winter.
What is the Max degree that they can survive?

thanks

Just slowly cool the tank and you should have no problems. People get into trouble when they freak out and cool the tank to fast.

I've had a small tank get as high as 96 before.. lots of bleaching but with water changes and sloooooow cooling everything survived.
