Now how to get rid of it??!!

Background:
Temp 79-82
SG 1.024
Ph 8.0
ORP 340
CA 440
ALK 10
PO 0
NO3 3-5
MG 1400
NH3 0
NO2 0

All bulbs are brand new as of 1/1/14
RODI filters are new as of 1/1/14
RODI membrane is 3yrs old.

Flow=2-Tunze 6105 alternating between 30% and 100%
Bi-weekly 50g water change with Red Sea Coral Pro Salt

Fed frozen food once daily (1 cube each of Mysis, bloodworms, brine) rinsed w/RODI.
Livestock= Blue Hippo Tang, 2-Maroon Gold Band Clowns, Vlamingi Tang, Pink Tail Trigger, Harlequin Tusk and a bicolor blenny.

All of this has not changed in YEARS :)
One thing I did add is a Calcium Reactor, and about a month or so later the slime appeared.
Can a Calcium Reactor cause this?
The ARM Coarse media was brand new and has kept my levels in check.

Think this is everything most will ask.........thoughts?

I have some as well.
I'm caulking it up to low PH and excess CO2 because the house has been closed up this winter.
I always seem to get a light sheet of it on the sand in low flow areas at this time of the year.

Is the sand in the tank original? How often do you clean the sand?.

I read all of the alternatives on the forum, shutting off the lights for days, increased flow etc.
I finally tried Chem Clean.
I carefully followed the directions.
Increased flow and aeration, water change after several days.

It worked.
No damage to coral fish or inverts.
Slime is gone and has stayed gone for the last four months

What ph do you run your reactor at? I had trouble dialing in co2 until I got an aquarium plants regulator .

CA Reactor at 6.6 and also are running an A.P.Regulator (brand new).

Sand is about 4 yrs old.
Upgraded my 90 to the current 150 around then. Moved everything over and have been adding since. Old sand bed was removed for black sand, which in turn was removed for more coarse white (didn't like the black).
