I already tried every store I talked to basically says the tank is junk after the saw the pics and heard what I had to say

Try contacting Water box and see what they say

Tried that too they said it's trash and I got screwed over. The eginer said from the pics and where the water line is that the tank was leaning forward and the fact the person stored it in a cold garage most likely caused it. They don't recommend fixing because they say it may only hold for a few months then the whole panel could blow out.

You can remove and reseal the front pane good as new, however you’ll probably want an experienced tank builder to do it. If you don’t reseal it well (most likely cause being poor surface prep), there is a very real risk the panel will later blow out.

If you’re resealing, it may be worth redoing all seams as even if they don’t leak, they may not be in the best of condition either.
