Anenome Light Requirements

How much light does an anemone need to thrive?
Do you think this would do it on a 25gal?

Tek Light 4x24W model with two UVL Super Actinics and two Giessman 50/50's

Anenome type :GBTA and RBTA

OK, BTA/RBTAs are more adaptable / tolerant than a lot of other nems. In reef terms, I would say moderate to strong light. 4x24W over that size tank should be just fine. If you are concerned that the light level may be on the low side of their requirements, making a point of target feeding somewhat frequently can help them to meet their needs. (advice will vary, but I suggest squirting frozen mysis into the tentacles, IME kirll / silversides often get taken but then spat out to rot unseen in the tank)

I have a 4x24w as well, and my RBTA is fine. they will move to whatever place they want even for more lighting.... A least my did.
