Anyone local know how to work with acrylic??

I need some info and maybe a quick lesson on how to build DIY acrylic tanks...

I need a sump and a fuge each about 16*16*16
Not sure about what I need for baffles and overflows yet...

Any tips for a sump project would be huge!
