Cleaning inside of empty tank.

I am unsure of what to use to clean out the inside of my tank that has been in my basement empty..... Any help would be great...

white vinegar

imo you can use what ever you would like to get the job done
you would just have to make sure to rinse out the tank completly a few times with clean water

I use bleach (basic normal kind no fancy additives) to clean stuff out, then rinse it really well.

If it's coralline,like mentioned above,use vinegar.

i use vinegar and a razorblade, but be careful with the blade. it can scratch the tank, and i also have person experience with getting a nasty infection in my hand from using a razor in a tank. CLEAN THOSE CUTS PEOPLE!

No coralline just dirt mostly and dust from when I had it kind of going before...
