Clown Goby in Trouble!

My clown goby is sick. Really thin. Sunken stomache. Cries for food but isnt able to eat. Gobbles it up then spits it out. Tried all kinds of food. He's very active swimming about. I have a cleaner shrimp in the tank with him. Its a 37 cube so they cant really avoid each other.
Any ideas on what I can do for him?

Did you try cyclopeez? Or how about garlic on some brine?

I tried all the kinds of food he always ate before. How do you feed garlic?
My brine shrimp is the frozen kind. No, I didnt try cyclopeez.
I wish he would just "talk to me!"

I'd guess that some sort of parasite could be bothering him on the inside. Making him want to eat, but unable. Maybe try asking on wet web media?
