Cyclopeeze feeding

I just picked up some cyclopeeze Gel food...I did not realize it was a gel...Does anyone use this and how do you administer it?

add a little bit to a cup of water and see what it does i guess, i only have the brick type, and have seen dried, i didnt know about the gel form.

i imagine you could either broadcast feed a little of it or spot feed coral by turning your powerheads off and using a turkey baster or pipette

It is from Instant Ocean....I added a bit to the a small cup of the tank water, turned of the powerheads and spot feed some corals....The only thing that really seemed to care for it was my watchman goby...I may end up mixing it with some other stuff and freezing it. I don't see much use for it on it's own...
