Do 250w Radium SE Bulbs filaments flop around?

Like the title says, do 250w Radium SE Bulbs filaments flop around? I just switched back to MH and never used these single-end bulbs before. There is nothing that is obviously broken, it just moves around a tiny bit and the metal inside can lightly touch the glass.

I can't test until tomorrow when I have the ballast. I also can't post pics since I have no idea how to shrink the file size.

Lastly, there is a proper burning position, but the instructions are unclear. Can anyone advise?

My 250 Radiums have 2 metal spacers that hold the tube centerded in the glass casing. It rattles a bit if you shake it. Just screw them in, the position isn't crucial.

Im pretty sure a lot of those high output lamps do that, i had a 400 watt HPS light and the filaments had metal spacers to keep it from flopping around but it still did.
