Assuming it is lympho, IMO moving it to QT would be counter productive as that would make for more stress not less.
I'd say an accurate ID is critical here. I would suggest searching for pics of lympho (once someone spells it right
) and get a good idea of what your looking for. It's quite hard to tell from the pics posted, but in person lympho is quite distinctive and easily discerned from ick or other parisites.
