Free Handful of aged 'live' sand

Over the past year of vacuuming my substrate, I've pulled out quite a bit. I want to re-introduce it, but I want to cure it first. A handful of sand from someone's system that is "clean" (aka: no dinos, brissleworms, or cyano), and full of tiny life would go a long way to jump staring my culture.
