There are many great LFS in and around boston, but for your location I'd highly recommend Skiptons.

I was in last week (ok, to be honest I'm there EVERY week, cant stop tinkering...)

they have a wonderful selection of corals in, I see new awesome stuff every week, and they just got a shipment of new Zoas last week that were on some good sized rocks.

If your looking for just fish you might want to try Aquarium World in Watertown. Norman's store is new and he is limited. He says he keeps his fish quarantined for two weeks before he sells them. Norman seems honest and fair. He is not set up for anything more than fish and dry goods at the moment.
