Any idea what this white mass is on Juliet's bottom lip? It's been there forever. She eats normally and lays eggs every couple months. She's been in my care for 3+ years with her mate Romeo

How long has it been like that? Sometimes clownfish will bite at zoas and other corals that are too close to their nem/eggs.

Probably a genetic defect then, as suggested above.
