Did anyone else get the good Doctors email? I received the following, and since we've all become "Fans" of his work, thought you may want to see it. ~Regards~ Dave

NightSea News Updates

New images on the web site
Photos by Sebastian Hennige (http://www.nightsea.com/hennige.htm) from Indonesia, and by Jim Neumayer (http://www.nightsea.com/neumayer.htm) from the Bahamas.

If you have fluorescence shots you would be willing to share, please send them in.

Places to try a fluorescence night dive
There are several new dive operations offering fluorescence night dives:
Bonaire - Bert Hagting's dive operation at Sunrentals Bonaire.
British Virgin Islands - Blue Water Divers at Nanny Cay Marina
New Caledonia - Lagoon Safaris in Noumea
Check the 'Try a Fluorescence Night Dive' page at http://www.nightsea.com/tryit.htm for more information on these dive operations, and for any new additions.

New Products
The new Strap Wrapper (http://www.nightsea.com/strapwrap.htm) is an inexpensive, convenient way to attach your BlueBlock filter visor strap to your mask strap so you can't lose it during your dive. Also makes it easy to move the filter out of the way temporarily.

New products especially for researchers - first available are custom-made fluorescent scale bars (http://www.nightsea.com/scalebars.htm) in several sizes. Designed with just the right amount of fluorescence to provide scale in photographs without overwhelming the natural fluorescence.

There are now 73 research and educational institutions around the world using NightSea equipment, for a wide variety of applications. (http://www.nightsea.com/resinst.htm).

Ordering alert
I will be out of the office for something like 4 weeks starting 21 July, so if you anticipate any equipment needs, please get your orders in as soon as possible.

Best regards to all,
