Picasso and True Perc in same tank?

Is it possible to safely have a ORA Grade A Picasso and an ORA True Percula live safely and happily with each other in a 29g?

I know different species cannot be kept together, but the Picasso is a True Percula right, just with a unique coloration, right?

I found a great deal on ORA Grade A Picasso ($75 each) but would rather only buy one if it can be kept with a True Percula.

Also, if they can indeed be kept together, is it possible for them to become a mated pair?

Picasso is just a color variation, so co-existing and pairing shouldn't be a problem assuming that they are both true percs.

I don't know if percs and ocellaris can mix.
