Regal Tang - Help ID Spot

My blue regal tang suddenly has a greyish spot high on right side, sparring injury or disease? Behaving normal and eating normally. Spot showed up yesterday. Any insights appreciated.

That looks like he rubbed himself against something and hurt itself. With good water quality it should heal up. Make sure he keeps eating and feed as much as he wants.
