skin peeling on powder blue

My powder blue looks like his skin is turning whita and peeling on his face . Has anyone evr heard of this/ I upgraded my tank over the weekend and added about 50 gallons of newly mixed saltwater could this have caused it? He is very active eating very well.

I went to the Kelly's at jordans in Framingham the other day. They had about 30 tangs in a tank that was 1000 gallons or so. Most of the tangs had the same thing. I was thinking it could be HLLE.

No It does not look like that. His body is a lighter blue than usual. He has a circle mark I just noticed on his body the circle is light and the ring around it is dark

I wish my camera is broken. The cleaner wrasse is picking at his face he seems to get a little irritated when he does this but he keeps going to the cleaner wrasse
