Tank raised Mandarin at a not so local fish store

So i found a store near family members house that has a blue mandarin that they claim is tank raised and a spotted mandarin they say is tank raised. the say both are eating blood worms and that they have a steady supply of them. they are asking 60$ for each one. is this a good price for them and will they get enough nutrients from blood worms? i didnt ask them to feed one because i didnt plan on purchasing one today due to adding a tang yesterday. (didnt want to overload the tank)

I have a green one that purchased on the internet. At first he doesn't eat anything except pods.. I qt in a cup and forced him to eat roe/brine/mysis. Now he eat anything that fits his little mouth.
