i don't plan on buying it, but it's one of those wacky 'idea' auctions...and the joker is in massachusetts.
if anything the listing is sort of entertaining to read.

from what i understand its just a soda bottle, cut the top and invert it into the body of the bottle, wallah instant trap. use bigger bottle for larger fish.
