Does anyone have any experience with this unit?

I don't see how a 3-stage unit like that can produce 0 waste. The impurities have to go somewhere, and if it produces "0 waste" that means it is all going into the filters which, if that's the case, would probably need to be changed once a week.
 
You can run a system that doesn't use RO, only uses DI with the usual prefitlers and get no waste. At that point you really need to be using separate anion and kation resins and recharging them or else youd be spending a lot of money.
