zoos disappearing

so all of my limited frags of zoas are dead and or dying.
other softies mushrooms, palys, frogspawn seem ok. no obvious distress
checked my basic water parameters api test kit says everything ok.
what i noticed and wanted to ask is about anthropods/copods
i have these large anthropods crawling around everywhere
has anyone ever had issues with hungry ones eating zoas(I see them in the frags of zoas but thought they were only a nusicense)
should i be feeding these things so they dont eat corals, right now i dont have anyother livestock except snails, a sally lightfoot and a cleaner shrimp
so my feeding is limited to maybe twice a week.
do mandrins eat these bigger pods or do they only like the smaller copods?
any thoughts

so i am not a complete idiot just a little one
but when i say anthropods what i really mean are amphiods
sorry

The critters in your tank are beneficial to your and will not harm your zoos. As much as we love our zoos and palys it does hurt to see them melt and disappear for an unknown reason tho many methods of salvation such as Furan2 and peroxide dips to relocating for more/less light/waterflow. Some of the more exotic zoos are tougher to keep due to the capture within the wild making them more difficult to acclimate to our tanks environment. View this thread where Peter had a loss as well as others with zoos. http://www.bostonreefers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=65679
Best of luck to all of us to find the ever elusive zoo melt down/disappearance remedy.
